1 . Do I need to have any video editing knowledge to use your service?
No, you don’t need to have any video editing knowledge. We’ll handle all the editing for you, and you’ll receive the finished product ready for uploading.
2. What is a Social Media Resizing?
Social media resizing is a free add-on we are providing to get your videos resized to fit all your social media channels. We believe your audience is everywhere so your content should be too. We will give you a standard 16:9 YouTube version, a 1:1 Instagram version, and a 15-second story for your Instagram as well.
With our social media boosters get every video repurposed for social media to increase your audience and grow your channel.
3. How will I create video requests?
Once you have signed up, you will receive an invite to your private board for the project tracking tool we use to collaborate. On that board click ‘New Task’ and fill out the form to create your video request.
4. Do you offer custom plans?
You can get a custom plan built by using our top-of-the-line AI Plan Builder feature, it asks you a few essential questions and then compiles a plan with competitive pricing, you can present that plan in your free test video appointment.
Note* The AI Plan builder may not work 100% accurately all the time and a few tweaks might be needed
5. How do I provide feedback on the videos?
We provide our clients with an industry-leading tool for video proofing so that it’s accurate and smooth, in line with our promise to deliver the best experience possible while providing maximum value.
6. Is there a limit on the length of the raw and finished video?
There is a limit of 45mins on the raw footage being submitted unless you are subscribed to our ‘Custom Plan’. There is no limit on the length of the finished video.
7. Do you offer Unlimited revisions?
You can request unlimited revisions, be it as minute as changing up font style/color that is to your liking. We will work with you till you are 100% happy.
8. Is my footage kept confidential and secure?
Yes, we take the security and confidentiality of your footage seriously. We use secure file-sharing services and cloud storage platforms to ensure your footage is kept safe and secure.
